Abstract Background Obesity has become an increasingly important global health problem. Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is the most widely performed bariatric surgery. Aim of Work To evaluate patients who failed to lose weight or regained after perfonning and how manage them. Patients Methods This study been conducted at Ain Shams university hospital (Al Demerdash hospital) University. a prospective randomized controlled (RCT) where 30 (20 females 10 males) attended outpatient clinic surgery unit complaining failure defined as: (failure 500 0 excess body regain up 200 lost within one year more from gastrectomy). Results All three operations have promising outcomes regarding loss comorbidities resolution like diabetes mellitus hypertension in morbidly obese patients.
